Excellent stay!
attentive staffpool entertainmentclean room
I spent several nights here and I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. The Pharaoh restaurant offered lovely food, and Ahmed and Ahmed were especially attentive to my dietary needs. Emily and Megan created fun pool entertainment, and Emily's Hard Rock trip was a great experience. Kareem did an amazing job keeping the room clean.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed and soft pillows. A mini-fridge was available for storing drinks. The air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a cool and pleasant temperature in the room at all times.

the room was clean upon arrival so that met expectations
the food was disappointing it was the same every day at each restaurant the italian a la carte restaurant was also subpar water outages occurred multiple times and the hotel didn't offer alternatives

i appreciated that the hotel provides free bus transport to sandy beach. it runs several times a day i noted. the bus has dedicated sunbeds and a bar with restaurant included. i found the hotel offers bus services to soho square and naama bay with a small charge.
i have no complaints
